Villa 2, This Villa is South Facing and has the sun for most of the day, it also has air con in the Lounge and the master bedroom,
The Villas
3 Bedroom Semi Detached Villas situated in Villamartin - Costa Blanca. The villas are situated in a small development of 55 houses and is in a quiet cul de sac.
The Villas have 3 bedroom, 2 double rooms and 1 Twin room so can sleep 6 adults, travel cot is avaliable if required. The upstairs bedroom has En suite shower room, Air conditioning in the main bedroom is in Villas 1 & 3 and the bedroom has a private balcony.
The 2 downstairs rooms either have 1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room or 2 twin bedded rooms. the villa bathroom/shower is also situated between the two bedrooms.
The kitchen comes equipped with, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Outside there is a washing machine in the utility area..
The lounge / dining room has either 2 sofas or a sofa and 2 armchairs and a dining table, Local TV with DVD in the villa.
Rentals can be daily, minmum of 3 days required or weekly as required. Discounts applied for rentals 2 weeks and over.
The villa is only 10 minutes by car to the local beach of La Zenia, and is within 30 minutes of many top class golf courses, so ideally situated for a golfing holiday.

Prices from £150 per week per Villa
All bookings are subjeect of £100 deposit to secure dates and booking, with balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival and will be returned when keys are handed back at the end of the stay.
All bookings subject of end of rental cleaning payable on day you leave which is 50 Euros. Welcome packs, airport transfers and car hire can also be arranged if required.....
Communal Pool for all 3 villas, is very large for a community of such a small size, with a separate kids pool, the pool is about 5 secnds from all the villas.
Villa 3 is the same design as the above 2 but different furniture.......
